I teach four courses @ EBS.edu:
- Investments (first semester course)
- A graduate course in Asset Pricing and Derivatives
- MBA course in Corporate Finance
- Executive MBA course – Managing Finance
- Online Preparatory Finance course for non Finance students admitted to MSc Finance program
What really makes me proud is is the fact that I was elected favorite professor by the EBS business school’s student body for my teaching three years in a row – in 2009/10, 2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15, and again in 2015/16 .
I believe that embracing new technologies is very important when teaching students that belong to the generation of digital natives.
Why do I believe that? I explain it in this video lecture.
In my classes I provide students with an iPad e-book that I have created. The book contains more than 200 pages of course material. In addition it contains interactive exercises, slides and more than 30 hours of recorded video lectures. Some of these lectures you can see on my youtube channel here:
In order to communicate with my ex and with my current students I have created a dedicated Facebook page. Join me there!
Even though I am a big believer in the importance of the use of new technologies in teaching I also do believe that new technologies sometimes show their bad side. If you would like to know when and why klick on the following image.
